Payment Policy

The total price of your reservation is due on the day the free cancellation period ends.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival: no fee charged

• Cancelled or modified after that: 100% of the total reservation price charged

• No-show: 100% of the total reservation price charged

Climate Resilience Tax

In compliance with Greek government legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax applies to all hotel bookings in Greece with a check-in date from 1 January 2025. For Palazzo Greco, a 4-star hotel, the tax is €10 per room, per night from April to October, and €3 per room, per night from November to March. The fee is collected at check-in.
