Palazzo Greco is a family-run boutique hotel in Agia Galini, on the south coast of Crete — 150 metres, or a 2-minute walk, from the beach and harbour. Run by the Christoforakis family since 1989, our 30 rooms and suites — including our recently renovated Junior Suites and Two-Bedroom Suites — combine Mediterranean architecture with modern comfort, set around a sea-view swimming pool overlooking the Bay of Messara and the Libyan Sea.

Stay Rooms & Suites

Our 30 rooms and suites range from 17m² standard rooms to a 50m² two-bedroom suite. Our 14 Junior Suites and 2 Two-Bedroom Suites were fully renovated in 2026. Most rooms have direct sea views over the Bay of Messara; all combine boutique-hotel comfort with the warmth of a family-run hotel.

Each room is decorated with a blend of Mediterranean and ethnic furnishings, crystal chandeliers and carefully chosen textiles, creating a calm, comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

Excellent choice

Excellent choice for a stay in the beautiful Agia Galini! The room was clean, comfortable and attentive to every detail. The hosts were really hospitable, polite and always willing to help.

The sea view is simply enchanting and makes the experience even more special. Enjoying coffee or drink while watching the infinite blue is something that remains unforgettable. The atmosphere combines calm, relaxation and authentic Cretan hospitality.

Great hotel with great view

Perfectly located hotel atop cliffs. Hotel and rooms are modern, functional, and very clean. Staff is so friendly and responsive. Even in reservation process we emailed them directly to get best rate and to confirm availability. 5 minute walk down to beach one way and 5 minutes down to town the other way. Cannot beat the view from the hotel’s deck where they have a nice pool and where you can eat breakfast or have a drink. Plenty of free, off-street parking. Nice buffet breakfast.

Top hotel! We really felt at home here from the first moment.

We arrived at the hotel by a late flight only around 9 pm where we were immediately warmly received.

After a pleasant conversation we were escorted to our room and everything was explained to us. Super!

We even had to stop looking for a supermarket that same evening because there was already a bottle of water and wine in the room. Offered by the hotel. That's good!
